Crisis Assistance Ministry offers financial assistance during an unforeseen crisis to working families and individuals in need. There are guidelines and qualifications that are taken to ensure there is verification of the crisis and that we are carrying out our mission and adhering to guidelines and building trusted philanthropy.
Did you know that female head of households with children are at greatest risk of being evicted? The North Carolina Eviction law moves quickly for a bi-weekly employee with day 6 of being late by day 11 you are facing more fees for eviction and before your next paycheck you have your notice on the door to leave your home.
Most of our clients only need one-time assistance to help overcome their unforeseen crisis. The client works closely with a case manager to review budget changes, connect to vital community resources and the education tips on how to save money and press forward.
Our mission is to provide immediate financial assistance and support to households at risk of eviction, while empowering families to achieve long-term stability through education, resource connection, and compassionate guidance.
